PPRNet - Primary (Care) Practices Research Network

PPRNet Performance Report Information

Practice Performance Reports (example report)

PPRNet provides practice, provider and patient-level performance reports on quality measures encompassing primary and secondary prevention, disease management, and safe medication prescribing as well as summary measures of quality. Practice Level Performance Reports can aid practices in quality improvement initiatives.

Provider and Patient Level Reports- PLR (example report)

PLRs have several features designed to assist with population management and patient outreach.  The first spreadsheet on the sample report (PLR) displays, for each quality indicator, a brief description, the number of eligible patients, the proportion of patients meeting indicator criterion and the number of patients not meeting indicator criterion. Each row is hyperlinked to the list of deidentified patients that do not meet indicator criterion.  A master patient list displays approximately 70 columns (fields) from demographics, diagnosis, vital signs, lab tests, immunizations and medications.

Custom Reports

PPRNet provides custom reports upon request.  Examples of custom reports include reports to exclude specific providers; additional clinical quality measures required by specific incentive programs, government reporting, or grant requirements; residency program needs; and customizations based on unique practice data.  Costs for custom reports are determined by the extent of customization required. Contact us regarding customization requests at
