 Dr. Alice Libet wins award
Director of CAPS, Alice Libet, Ph.D., was recently recognized by the Clinical Psychology Interns from the MUSC /VA Internship Consortium as the Outstanding Clinical Supervisor for 2010.
“She manages to achieve the delicate balance of providing appropriate feedback while also respecting the intern’s autonomy and encouraging Independence and critical thinking,” reads the narrative presented at the Graduation and Academic Recognition Ceremony at the Institute of Psychiatry on June 11, 2010.
Nominees from the nineteen Clinical Psychology interns participating were in four categories: Professional Role Model, Outstanding Clinical Supervisor, Dedication to Training, and Outstanding Research Mentor. HOME
