| Dissertation Defended Congratulations to Laurie Charles, who successfully defended her dissertation on October 9, 2009! Laurie has earned a PhD from Capella University in Public Service Leadership. Her dissertation is entitled "Casual and Predictive Relationships Among Race, Implicit Racial Bias, and Simulated Treatment Recommendations." She will be hooded February 2010 in Atlanta, GA. |
