$70 per plate for the first 100 Inaugural Plates*
$100 per plate for those issued after the100 Inaugural Plates

*$40 will be donated to the Office of Alumni Affairs exclusively for MUSC scholarships

An application must be completed for each plate (i.e. if you desire plates for two cars, you must complete two applications and submit two checks).

Instructions for MUSC license tag application:

• Complete required information, insurance information, and certification in boxes on page 1 of the application
• Make check payable to SCDMV for $70 (inaugural plates will be at reduced rate; you will be notified by SCDMV if you are required to pay the additional $30)
