Antigen-affinity purification

2 – 10 mg of antigen needed for affinity column.

  Antibody will be purified from up to 20 ml of serum.

Polyclonal antibodies

Antigen should be ready for immunization.

Immunization of 2 rabbits, ELISA testing, 2 test sera, and approximately 100 ml of final serum.

10 – 12 weeks

$1,500 for MUSC users.

Hybridoma productions.

 Antigen should be ready for immunization.

 Immunization of 5 mice, at least 2 positive hybridomas

 12 – 24 weeks

 $4,000 for MUSC users, $8,000 for all others.

Monoclonal antibody production and Purification.

Hybridoma should be ready for this service.

In vitro method used for monoclonal production.  Approximately 10 mg of purified mono-clonal produced.

4 – 6 weeks

$500 for MUSC users, $1,000 for all others.

Hapten carrier conjugations.

 Up to 20 mg of peptide will be conjugated to BSA, KLH, or your carrier of choice.

$150 for MUSC users, $300 for all others.
