| Admission Requirements Admission is based on the general entrance requirement for the College of Health Professions. In addition, applicants must demonstrate: Graduation from an approved training program in a health care discipline with a 2.0 cumulative grade point ratio, and a 2.5 grade point ratio in all professional and science courses. Certification/licensure in a health care discipline, or eligibility to challenge such examinations/requirements (where applicable). Students with health care experience but no specific health related credential may request admissions consideration. Applicants should have completed a minimum of 21.0 semester hours of the 40.0 general education hours required for the degree prior to seeking admission. These should include:

Application Procedures Applications for enrollment in the BHS program will be accepted throughout the year, however, students may begin coursework during the fall and spring terms only. Beginning in the fall is advised. The deadline for application for Fall semester entry is July 15 and for Spring semester entry November 15.
