Programs of Study The College of Graduate Studies offers degree programs which prepare students for careers as research scientists, investigators, or teachers, depending on the extent of training. Degrees are granted by the Board of Trustees on recommendation of the faculty, which in turn acts only on certification by the College of Graduate Studies. The college offers programs leading to the following degrees:
