| Registration Students are required to register at the beginning of each semester. Only officially registered students may obtain credit for courses and/or research.
Degree candidates are expected to maintain continuous registration until all degree requirements are satisfied. By failing to register for one semester or more, the student breaks his/her registration and must be readmitted. A readmitted student is required to satisfy the curriculum requirements existing at the time of his/her readmission. Graduate students who are not on assistantships and have completed all course work and are writing their thesis/dissertation must register and pay tuition for a minimum of one hour each semester until completion of a successful defense.
At the time of registration, a Schedule of Courses for the current semester must be filed by all students. Such schedule requires the approval of the departmental graduate student advisor or, if appointed, the chairperson of the student’s Advisory Committee. | | | | Last updated: | 03/03/2009
