Creating Collaborative Care (C3) is a Quality Enhancement Plan (QEP) for the Medical University of South Carolina that focuses on interprofessional education. C3 is excited to offer the first-ever IPE core course beginning Spring, 2010! The colleges of Dental Medicine, Medicine and Nursing will be participating in the interprofessional course, IP 710-Transforming Healthcare for the Future. IP 710 will provide the foundation for students to understand the complexities of the health care system and the role of interprofessional collaboration to improve the system. The other three colleges are welcome to join in on the course. For the colleges of Graduate Studies, Health Professions and Pharmacy, students may register for the course as an elective (IP 710-section 2).
