Emergency

In case of an emergency on weekdays before 8:00am or after 5:00pm or on all weekends and holidays, call the MUSC operator at 792-2123 and ask him/her to contact the Senior Psychiatry Resident on call.

For an appointment or more information about CAPS call 792-4930. CAPS is open from 8:30 am - 5:00 pm Monday through Friday by appointment. A CAPS staff member is on call during office hours for emergencies. Appointments outside regular business hours can be arranged through the office.

Call 911 if you are experiencing a life-threatening emergency or go to the nearest emergency department.
