"It was the incredible team work of my MUSC doctors, nurses, lab technicians, assistants and staff who I refer to as my MUSC family that I celebrate today and every day. My family includes Drs. Robert Stuart (hematology/oncology), William McKibbin (orthopaedic surgery), Jeffrey Akhtar (Carolina Family Care), Karim Tazi (hematology/oncology), Chelsea Rainwater (hematology/oncology), Megan Baker (surgery), Toya Pound (OB-GYN), and all the pathologists, radiologists and cardiologists whom I have never met but have worked on my case. You have truly 'Changed What's Possible' for me and my family."
