Employee engagement survey results announced

In 2012 and 2013 Morehead Associates administered the employee survey.

Morehead’s Model:
Employee experiences with the organization, their immediate supervisor and co-workers impact commitment to the mission and purpose of the organization.

Employee Commitment fuels overall organizational performance.

Medical University Hospital Authority’s overall employee commitment scores dropped from 4.06 (2012) to 3.90 (2013). The national health care average in Morehead’s database was 4.16 and did not change.

MUSC participation rate in the survey this year was 76 percent. That means that three out of four employees took the time to share their opinions. The leadership team is committed to listening carefully to what employees have said and to enact plans to respond to the issues identified.
