Thursday Lunch and Learn series continues at the Urban Farm on March 27.
This week we will be showcasing seasonal, herbs and spices grown at the Farm. The events will take place Thursdays from 12:15-12:45 p.m. at the MUSC Urban Farm portico. In the event of adverse weather, the event will move to the portico of the Colbert Education Center and Library. On March 28, the cafeterias will feature tofu vegetable stir fry with brown rice and glazed teriyaki chicken.
This is the last week to play Nutrition Trivia. Submit your answers to drop boxes located at both cafeteria’s point of sale register locations for a chance to win some exciting prizes.
