Employee engagement survey results announced
The 2014 employee survey was deployed in February of this year. Thank you to all who completed the survey; the results and feedback will be used to make positive changes for our employees.

Morehead’s Model:
Employee experiences with the organization, their immediate supervisor and co-workers impact commitment to the mission and purpose of the organization. Employee Commitment fuels overall organizational performance.

Our Results
MUSC participation rate in the survey this year was 76 percent. That means that three out of four employees took the time to share their opinions. The leadership team is committed to listening carefully to what employees have said and to enact plans to respond to the issues identified. Please watch for updates on plans and activities in future communications.
Medical University Hospital Authority’s overall employee commitment score was 4.02, increasing from last year by .12 points. The national health care average in Morehead’s database decreased by .04.
