Charleston RiverDogs
Take me out to the ball game...local baseball at its best! Enjoy America's favorite pastime right here in the Low Country. Charleston professional baseball attendance had a record 267,908 fans in 2006! Check out the complete schedule, information on "the dogs", and not-to-be-missed promo nights!!! Call (843) 723-7241. Charleston Battery Soccer
Tickets to Battery Games are available on a first-come first-serve basis, and are available in season packages as well as single games. Season Ticket options include Standard Packages, Battery Club, and Three Lions Pub memberships. Tickets can be purchased online, or by calling the Battery ticket hotline at 971-GOAL (4625). Keep an eye out for MUSC Student Nights at the Charleston Battery...$5 - $7 tickets!

Charleston Museum
Explore the history of the Lowcountry at America's FIRST museum located only blocks away from MUSC! From birds to furniture, there's enough history to pique the interest of people of all ages. The Charleston Museum is open year-round Mon.-Sat., 9am-5pm; Sunday, 1-5pm. Visit their website for complete information on permanent and special exhibits. Call (843) 722-2996. $8 for MUSC students (with a minimum of a group of 10 people)

Gibbes Museum of Art
Located at 135 Meeting Street, the Gibbes Museum of Art features art discovery walking tours, educational programs, and much, much more! This is Charleston's only visual arts museum and displays variety of amazing exhibits all year long! Hours are Tues - Sat, 10am-5pm; Sunday, 1-5pm. Call (843) 722-2706. $7 admission for students!

Charleston Symphony Orchestra
Founded in 1936, the Charleston Symphony Orchestra performs concerts in the Sottile Theatre and the Dock Street Theatre, along with many concerts in local churches. The orchestra’s demanding concert schedule, both on stage and in the community, make it the largest full-time performing arts organization in South Carolina. Student tickets are available for most concerts for $20. Advance tickets may be purchased online at www.charlestonsymphony.org or by calling (843)723-7528.

South Carolina Aquarium
South Carolina Aquarium is your window to a world of continual discovery. Immerse yourself in the state-of-the-art exhibits and educational programs. See creatures from the familiar to the fabulous, at home in aquatic habitats meticulously recreated from the mountains, rivers, streams, marshes and oceans of South Carolina. Summer Hours: Apr 1 - Aug 15 9am-6pm, Mon-Sat; 12pm-6pm, Sunday. *Last ticket will be sold at 5pm. Call (843) 720-1990. Bring your MUSC ID and get $2 off admission price!

Charleston Concert Association
"Feel the magic of The Charleston Concert Association, the electricity born of anticipating The World in Performance! This season we will feature musical artists from Russia, Canada, and Germany, as well as great performers from Chicago, New York, Monterey, and San Francisco. Individual tickets may be purchased at the Gaillard Box Office, 77 Calhoun Street, Charleston 29403. Box Office hours are Monday - Friday 10am-6pm. Seats prices range from $15 - $55. Shows begin at 8:00 p.m." Call (843) 571-7755. Student Programs sells discounted season tickets during the month of September!

Charleston Stage
"Founded by Playwright Julian Wiles in 1978, Charleston Stage is South Carolina's largest professional theatre company. At The Historic Dock Street Theatre, Charleston Stage has presented over 150 productions at the theatre and played to a collective audience of over one million strong." Call (843) 577-7183. Student rush tickets are only $6 an hour before each show!

Footlight Players
"The Footlight Players presents six plays in a regular season, stage productions which mark them as one of the leading community theatres in the South. Generations of plays presented by and for the community have consolidated the aims of the Footlight Players." Call (843) 722-4487. Individual Tickets: $25 adult, $22 senior, $15 students.
