If you would like to request an accommodation please see Jennifer Bailey, Disabilities Officer for CHP, in the Student Services Center.  Once the accommodation request form and proper documentation has been received the information will be reviewed and discussed with you in regards to appropriate accommodations.  These steps are necessary prior to any services. 

All applicants accepted to the College of Health Professions must be able to meet the college's and university technical standards/minimum abilities. Students are asked to review the standards listed below.  These technical standards/minimum skills are included in all admission applications.  By submitting the admission application you certify they you have read, understand, and are able to meet the standards.
