Scholarships

Each year the College of Health Professions awards approximately 20 merit-based scholarships to applicants who demonstrate exceptional accomplishment and intellectual promise. With awards ranging from $500 to $2000, the college seeks not only to recognize those students with high academic standing, but to make it possible for those students to choose the College of Health Professions and MUSC.

Awarded three times a year – at the beginning of Fall, Spring and Summer semesters – these scholarships have been established through the leadership support of families and friends who wish to honor the memory of those named below.

Other Scholarship Opportunities

Alumni Association Scholarship
Each year a scholarship will be awarded to a continuing student of the College of Health Professions based on criteria such as academic credentials, leadership service, and community involvement. Applicants must be full-time students in good standing in the College of Health Professions at MUSC and must have demonstrated service as an officer, member or volunteer of any organization recognized by MUSC or the surrounding Charleston community. The scholarship recipient is selected by the CHP Alumni Association Board each spring and will be presented at the College of Health Professions Award and Recognition event in the fall.
