About Registration

The conference registration fee is $400 per person for the Thursday, Friday and Saturday sessions and the Thursday night kickoff dinner.
For Friday and Saturday sessions and the Thursday kickoff dinner, the cost is $350.

NOTE: Early Bird Registrants

Take $25 off registration fees for signing up before July 1!
Thursday, Friday, and Saturday sessions, plus Thursday night kickoff dinner: $375
Friday and Saturday sessions and Thursday night kickoff dinner: $325

You may register to attend any of the three days separately if you are unable to attend the entire conference. The fee for the Thursday sessions is $100. The keynote speaker and dinner Thursday night $150. The fees for Friday and Saturday are each $250. We encourage you to make every effort, however, to attend the entire conference. Note that you will only receive CEUs for the portions of the conference that you attend.

CEU certificates will be distributed after the workshop. Please plan your travel so that you can attend the entire conference (through Saturday, October 26th) as a courtesy for those giving presentations at the end of the conference.

Refunds will be honored until one week prior to the meeting. However, there will be a fee of 15% assessed to cover the administrative costs.
