New Student Checklist

May 21-22, 2014

  • Orientation will begin on May 21st, 2014, 8:00am
  • Business attire is required
  • Check in: College of Health Professions, 151-A Rutledge Ave, Charleston, SC 29425 (in the Atrium)
  • Bring your laptop with you to the IT orientation session (check schedule)

 Student Health Pre-Admission Requirements

Student Health Services - Health Insurance Must enroll or waive out by June 1, 2014 for Summer Semester

CHP Policies & Procedures and Honor Council Videos  Required - view by June 5, 2014

Public Safety - Have your student ID photo taken May 1st - May 16th

Clinical Clerkship Admission Statement  - If you haven't done so already: Print, sign and return to David Evatt by May 1st

Computerized Annual Training & Tracking System (CATTS)-Required- Complete by June 5th
