Things to Do:
Orientation Day Parking Permit (Must print for Orientation)
Student Health Services - Health Insurance Must enroll or waive out by June 1, 2014 for Summer Semester
CHP Policies & Procedures and Honor Council Videos Required - view by June 5, 2014
Public Safety - Have your student ID photo taken May 1st - May 16th
Clinical Clerkship Admission Statement - If you haven't done so already: Print, sign and return to David Evatt by May 1st
Computerized Annual Training & Tracking System (CATTS)-Required- Complete by June 5th
Student Parking, Map, Bus Schedules - Make arrangments for parking, Print a campus map and bus schedule
