All of the professors in CHP are truly passionate about their professions as well as instilling their knowledge on us students. They treat us as colleges and are excited to have us join them in the workforce as soon as we graduate.
Charleston rocks. You’ve got southern charm and hospitality with amazing food and restaurants as well as beautiful church steeples and buildings and American history. Plus, the ocean is never far away if you’re looking for some time to relax on the beach or watch the boats and dolphins in the water.
MUSC is one of the few schools in the country that values the concept of interprofessional health care learning and teamwork. Learning amongst your future colleges allows for greater appreciation of the many health professionals that you will rely on in your future practice. I chose the PA program because of my desire to be a medical professional who will be able to spend time with my patients as well as be flexible to navigate through different areas of focus as my interests change. I hope to work as an ER or surgical PA.
Don't hesitate to email me if you have any questions.
