US Healthcare providers can receive continuing education credit for watching Unrest, the Sundance award-winning documentary about myalgic encephalomyelitis. Unrest has been accredited for 2.0 AMA PRA Category 1 CreditsTM for physicians and 2.0 Category I CEU for Social Workers by the American Medical Women's Association and the Indiana University School of Medicine. 

Healthcare providers should register to watch Unrest online, along with a 10-minute video on the diagnosis & management of ME by Dr. David Kaufman, and take a short test to receive credit.

The Identifying and Referring Elder Mistreatment training is a concentrated overview of how to identify the signs, symptoms, risk factors, perpetrator characteristics, and mental health effects of elder abuse, as well as how to report and refer potential cases after a patient has been screened. Connected Care for Chronic Care Management

The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services Office of Minority Health (CMS OMH) and the Federal Office of Rural Health Policy at the Health Resources and Service Administration (HRSA) introduces Connected Care a nationwide effort within fee-for-service Medicare that includes a focus on racial and ethnic minorities as well as rural populations, who tend to have higher rates of chronic disease. MUSC CME Program Awarded ACCME Accreditation with Commendation
 
The Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) has awarded our overall CME Program with their highest accreditation award, Accreditation with Commendation.  This new term of Accreditation with Commendation extends to March 31, 2023.
