C-COHR: Biostatistical Core

The overall objective of the Biostatistics Core is to provide rigorous methodological and biostatistical support for researchers interested in conducting clinical oral health research. The Biostatistical Core can provide the following services:

• statistical collaboration,
• data management,
• assistance in procurement and analysis of existing data from diverse sources to support research studies,
• mentoring of investigators in biostatistical research methods,
• collaboration on an oral health assessment of African American's living on the Sea Islands of South Carolina and adjacent coastal communities, and
• transfer of recent biostatistical methodologies to oral health research.
