Hospitality Training

Hospitality Training for MUSC Multi-Specialty sites is coming soon. The first module to be launched will be the Service Recovery Program.  The training will be a full day of learning best practices used by premier companies such as Disney and The Ritz but designed specifically toward teaching strategies used for recovering patients when there are service deficiencies during clinic.  This will be a professional development day for employees to demonstrate how important everyone is to the success of our sites.  

Why invest time in this type of training?  Simple answer is competition.  Competition for patients has increased greatly within the tri-county area, especially in relation to our multi-specialty sites.   The key component that will separate our sites from our competition is the service we provide to our patients.
