Leadership Development is a key component of the MUSC Excellence Initiative.  The Quality Improvement Program (QIP) is a way to develop leaders' skills to enable the achievement of organizational goals, as well as to improve individual leadership performance in support of MUSC Excellence Initiatives.

A separate website is maintained for those who participate in the QIPs.  The following link allows leaders to access information related to information shared during the QIP, training tools, and the Linkage Grid/To Do List with deadlines for completing training.  Additionally, there is a link to the previously organized LDI training sessions.
