To keep the organization aware of progress and goals per Principle #8, "Communicate at all Levels."  This team ensures that communication is clear and timely.

Identifying consistent and appropriate means of communicating MUSC Excellence to all COM/UMA employees.

Standards
   > Current Focus

Develop Standards of Behavior for all employees.

Develop tools to ensure that employees understand and embody these standards.

Employer of Choice 
   >Current Focus

To create a positive and diverse work environment which recruits new employees while retaining valued employees, all of whom share and contribute to MUSC Excellence.

Quality Improvement Program
   > Current Focus

The Quality Improvement Program (QIP) is a way to develop leaders' skills to enable the achievement of organizational goals, as well as to improve individual leadership performance in support of MUSC Excellence Initiatives.
