Manages the administrative activities of the LCME accreditation process, including the logistics of the survey visit, production of the completed Medical Education Database and ongoing LCME standards integration into the education, diversity, admissions, and student affairs (EDAS) core units. Closely aligned with this is the management of the administrative functions of the associate deans for curriculum (Basic and Clinical Sciences) and administrative staff management for the EDAS core units, primarily as the liaison for HR functions.

Manages the Office of Assessment and Evaluation, I am responsible for leading and directing the college-wide assessment and evaluation procedures resulting in a sustainable and standard enterprise assessment and evaluation process across the College of Medicine. Oversees the management and training of the entire E*Value system for the College of Medicine as well as overseeing all educational assessments and data analysis of evaluation and assessment data, interpretation and report writing of data analysis and evaluation findings that are done within the Office of Assessment and Evaluation.

Clinical Evaluation and Teaching (CCET)

Oversees the Center for Clinical Evaluation and Teaching. Trains standardized patients for teaching and evaluation sessions for the Fundamentals of Patient Care, College of Medicine clerkships, College of Nursing, College of Pharmacy, Physicians Assistants and other programs. Assists with clinical case development and oversees clinical skills exams.

Recruits and trains Standardized Patients and assists in the Objective Structured Clinical Exams. Manages financial procedures for the CCET and Fundamentals of Patient Care, including IITs, work orders, invoices, office supply purchases and compensation to the Standardized Patients.

Coordinates activities for the Center for Clinical Evaluation and Teaching (CCET) to include providing training and supervision for the standardized patients, supporting the use of the B-line software to record and track educational events, and overseeing the CCET environment to ensure that supplies are available and that all equipment is in working order.
