Exit Interviews
| The Faculty Affairs team conduct exit interviews with faculty who have made the decision to leave MUSC. We hope that by speaking with faculty who have made the decision to leave – whether for professional advancement/promotion, family reasons, or dissatisfaction – we can determine what we as a College can do to improve the environment for our faculty. We ask that faculty who are leaving MUSC contact one of us to schedule an in-person exit interview. |
