| The charter of the Reward and Recognition Team is to create a culture of Excellence by reinforcing desired behaviors through rewarding and recognizing employees. Supporting the PEOPLE Pillar, this team puts into practice the systems for Principle #9, "Recognize and reward success." |
Provide oversight of COM/UMA faculty and employee satisfaction by analyzing departmental survey results, identifying strengths and opportunities, developing action plans/recommendations. |
Develop Standards of Behavior for all employees. Develop tools to ensure that employees understand and embody these standards. |
The Leadership Evaluation Team is responsible for the development of an accountability system that aligns and holds leaders accountable to established measurable goals and values of MUSC, the College of Medicine and University Medical Associates. The Leadership Evaluation Team focus is to help establish metrics, ranges, communication and training tools for leader evaluation. |
| This team applies Principle #2, "Measure the Important Things" to patient satisfaction. The team serves as the "in-house" experts on our patient satisfaction survey tools, and works to educate as well as engage physicians and employees at all levels within the College of Medicine and University Medical Associates. |
