Homeostasis and Control explores the ways in which the human body maintains and protects itself including genetic, nervous system, endocrine and hormonal control mechanisms.  Each is taught in conjunction with the structural and functional units of the body from cellular to gross aspects.

Prerequisite: enrollment in the M.D. degree program
