Three SmartState Endowed Chairs are among the research faculty who teach in the PharmD program and Ph.D. programs. Research focuses on identifying new drug targets, drug delivery systems and disease therapeutics.

The 2017 White Coat Ceremony featured as keynote speaker Nancy G. Mikell, who was also presented with the Honorary Alumnus of the Year Award. Mikell's address was the highlight of a week of 2017 Orientation activities capped by the ceremony at Baruch Auditorium August 17.
Classes resume at the MUSC College of Pharmacy and the MUSC campus of the South Carolina College of Pharmacy on Wednesday, Sept. 13, after closure due to Hurricane Irma.

Look through the Incoming Student section of the website. There are valuable resources about parking, ID badges and other frequently asked questions. You can also find information about all the materials you'll need to complete before Orientation.
