The mission of Lexington Richland Alcohol and Drug Abuse Council (LRADAC) is to provide effective, personalized services to prevent or reduce the harm of substance use and addictions. We will provide evidence-based, best practice prevention, intervention and treatment services to the populations of Richland and Lexington Counties and others as appropriate.
