BMTRY 726 : Multivariate Methods in Biology and Medicine

DESCRIPTION

This course will consist of multivariate techniques in biology and medicine including multivariate tests of mean vectors and covariance matrices, multivariate analysis of variance and regression, repeated measures analysis, random and mixed effects models, generalized estimating equations, generalized linear mixed models, canonical correlation, factor analysis, principal components analysis, discriminant analysis. Directed to biostatistics students; useful for epidemiology students.
