The College of Pharmacy at the Medical University of South Carolina is a respected leader in education, research and patient care. The College provides a premier pharmacy education by uniting nationally-recognized faculty and high-achieving students with the innovative interprofessional learning opportunities offered at MUSC’s academic medical center. Located in beautiful and historic Charleston, S.C., MUSC College of Pharmacy has four academic degree programs, two research centers led by renowned endowed chairs, one of the oldest and largest residency programs in the country, more than 1000 preceptors in a world-wide experiential program, and a collaborative continuing education program.
MUSC College of Pharmacy students are successful (among the nation’s highest in graduating student satisfaction, NAPLEX/MJPE scores, residency placement, post-graduation employment) and the faculty is productive in and out of the classroom (National Institutes for Health funding, professional service, national awards and offices).
