Application for the Master of Science in Biomedical Sciences - Neurosciences Track
Students may focus in research areas such as cell and membrane physiology, drug-induced neural plasticity, molecular biology and function of membrane proteins, neurobiology of alcohol and drug addiction, pathophysiology of septic shock, cardiology, and cellular and molecular function of cardiac myocytes. In general applicants are required to have a cumulative GPA of 3.0, a competitive GRE score, and a baccalaureate degree. Additional requirements can be found at http://www.musc.edu/esl/bulletin/gradstud/.
In addition to the application itself the applicant must complete supplemental reference materials specific to the program to which they are applying. These forms are available in PDF format within the application and are also sent through email once an application is submitted. Applicants are required to submit official transcripts from each post-secondary school attended and all materials must be received by the application deadlines listed below.
