Regalia and Robing Information for Candidates

Candidates are responsible for ordering their own regalia using the Degree Application/Graduation Order Form online through Enrollment Management. No regalia will be ordered after April 1st, 2017. Candidates requiring regalia after this date must order directly from the vendor.

Regalia will be distributed to candidates on DATE TBD. Be sure to stop by the Colbert Education Center/Library lobby between 10:00am - 4:00pm to pick up regalia and information packet. 

Once you have received your regalia, you should check contents carefully for 1 gown, 1 hood, 1 tassel, and 1 cap. Is hood trim color correct? The MUSC hood color (inside) is gold and black. The trim color can be found in the following listing.

Only one hood may be worn. For combined, dual degrees the color is that of the higher degree is worn.

Hang garments and press if needed.

Report at 7:30 AM, May 19th, 2017, to Drug Discovery Building. 

You must return to your seat after crossing the stage and process out with the candidates at which time you may claim your diploma. It is your responsibility to make sure your name is checked off the list when you receive your diploma immediately after graduation.

Your regalia belongs to you; no need to return it.
