DATES FOR TUITION BILLS AND REFUNDS FOR SPRING 2012 BILLS Tuition bills for SPRING 2012 will be available in WebAdvisor on Monday, December 5, 2011. Once bills are posted on WebAdvisor you will have 24/7 access to review your bill. It is important for you to review your bill regardless of payment method prior to January 4, 2012.
Bills can be viewed and printed in WebAdvisor at http://webadvisor.musc.edu: View Bill option. NEW STUDENTS
You must activate your NetID at http://netid.musc.edu to use WebAdvisor.
BEST WAY TO AVOID MAILING OF YOUR REFUND CHECK
Sign up for DIRECT DEPOSIT via WebAdvisor and your financial aid refund will be automatically deposited into your bank account. DIRECT DEPOSIT REFUNDS for Spring 2012 should be made to the student’s account during the first two weeks of the semester.
Payment due date for all programs is Wednesday, January 4, 2012. THE LATE FEE CHARGE IS 1.5% OF THE MONTHLY OUTSTANDING BALANCE NOT PAID BY THE DUE DATE.

The convenience fee for credit/debit card transaction is 2.5% of the total payment amount. This fee will be added to your payment amount.
