Deanne Lucas, CPA is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for the MUSC Foundation for Research Development. Deanne is a Certified Public Accountant and has a B.S. in Business Administration from the College of Charleston. A native Charlestonian, Deanne served as a longstanding CFO of a local independent school where she managed its financial, accounting, and human resource functions. She was instrumental in managing the growth of its' financial operations including the school's first ever bond issue of $20 million. She was an ex-officio staff member of the school's Board of Trustees and several Board committees. |
