Mr. Jonathan Zucker is President of The InterTech Group, Inc.;  listed by Forbes (in the 2003 listing) as the thirty-eighth largest private company in the United States and by the South Carolina 100, as South Carolina’s second largest privately held company. The InterTech Group, Inc. is a diversified holding company with operating companies and portfolio investments in multiple sectors including aerospace, industrial and engineered products, financial transaction services, utilities and energy, specialty chemicals, recreation and leisure, medical technology, security and real estate with operations in North America, Latin America, South America, Europe and the Far East. Mr. Zucker’s responsibilities at The InterTech Group, Inc. include, but are certainly not limited to management development, business development, strategic planning, and evaluation of investment and acquisition opportunities.

Mr. Zucker is also the President of Z-Man Fishing Products, Inc. There, he is responsible for all aspects of administration, operations, manufacturing, product research anddevelopment, finance, marketing, and business development.

Z-Man Fishing Products, Inc. is the world’s premier fishing products, lure and accessory manufacturer. By leveraging excellence in polymer and materials science, and artistic product development, Z-Man Fishing Products maintains a sustainable competitive advantage over its competitors. Based on the success of Z-Man’s ChatterBait line of fishing lures, the company has shattered industry records for retail product placement, gaining more retail “peg” space in retailers such as Wal-Mart, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Cabela’s, and Bass Pro Shops over a one-year period than any other manufacturer in the history of the fishing industry.

Mr. Zucker recently held the position of Director – Office of the Governor at Hudson’s Bay Company where he was part of the management team that oversees the operations of Canada’s largest department store retailer and North America’s oldest corporation. The Company provides Canadians with the widest selection of goods and services available through numerous retail channels including more than 580 stores led by The Bay, Zellers, Home Outfitters and Designer Depot chains. Hudson’s Bay Company employs nearly 70,000 associates and has operations in every province in Canada.

Previously, Mr. Zucker was a Senior Consultant with CSS International, Inc. where he specialized in the design, development, implementation, training and support of critical business applications, including supply chain management, distribution, inventory and warehouse management, order processing, and customer relationship management. In addition, he has been contracted by numerous pharmaceutical manufacturers to ensure that their inventory and warehouse management, manufacturing, and quality assurance systems are compliant with Federal Drug Administration requirements.  Mr. Zucker also previously served as a Consultant with DigiTerra, Inc., with a focus in providing business process and systems consulting services to his clients. Other prior activities include analyst roles with Nortel Networks, Inc. and Blackbaud, Inc.

Mr. Zucker recently served as Vice President on the Board of Directors of Charleston Animal Society (formerly John Ancrum Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals) and is on the Board of Directors of the South Carolina Aquarium. He received his Master of Business Administration with highest honors from The Citadel and his Bachelor of Science in Management and Information Systems with high honors from the Georgia Institute of Technology.  He is a member of the Honor Society of Phi Kappa Phi and the Beta Gama Sigma International Business Honor Society.
