AJ31 - Data Entry and Control Clerk III
General Nature of Work:
Provides supervision to individuals performing data entry duties in the largest data processing units.

Assists in planning new procedures and methods.
Plans and schedules the work of the lower-level Data Entry and Control Clerks.
Checks the work of the Data Entry and Control Clerks for accuracy and completeness.
Prepares and maintains periodic reports concerning work completed.
Maintains an equipment inventory file.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Knowledge of computer equipment operations.
Knowledge of the scheduling and assignment of work.
Knowledge of principles and practices of effective supervision.
Ability to communicate effectively.
State Minimum Training and Experience
State Necessary Special Requirements:

Supervisory experience in data processing, data entry or computer operations.
MUSC Minimum Training and Experience Requirements:
Two years of data processing, data entry or computer operations experience.
MUSC Physical Requirements:
