On your first day at work, MUSC will need to verify work eligibility. Please bring identification found on the list of acceptable documents for the I-9 and Department of Homeland Security E-Verify program. At Orientation, all new hires are required to provide their Social Security Card, a voided check for direct deposit and vehicle registration for parking assignment. International employees are required to provide their Visa and any supporting documentation (I-797, I-94, etc). |Benefits Information and Enrollment|
Please review a benefits presentation prior to your orientation date. Benefits counselors will be available to answer any questions that you have and assist you with completion of the necessary form. You will also need to bring social security numbers, dates of birth and additional documentation to add dependents to insurance or select a beneficiary. Please review the list of documents required to add dependents to your coverage.
Training and Conflict of Interest Disclosure Survey
You will be required to complete mandatory training within two weeks of your hire date. More information will be provided to you at orientation.
Volunteers, Visiting Scholars, non-paid Student Interns, etc. will be registered for training by the Department of Human Resources Management, Employment Services, Room 105 Harborview Office Tower.
