The University has implemented a new system to streamline Employee Reviews.  Success Factors is an online performance management system that automates the performance
evaluation and goal management process.

Benefits of the Success Factors System include:
  • Increased fairness and consistency of performance reviews – everyone will be reviewed at the same time, using the same format, in one system. 
  • Help to ensure that your review helps you improve your performance. 
  • Create a strong connection between MUSC goals – leader goals – and employee goals, so that we are all working to achieve the same things!
  • Give MUSC the ability to clearly tell the difference between low and high performers
  • Reinforce the importance of our Standards of Behavior – all employees will be evaluated on the same standards.
  • Improve the quality of one-on-one conversations between supervisors and employees.
