Group Exercise

The Wellness Center Group Exercise program offers an impressive variety of exercise classes, each providing a fun and challenging experience.   Classes are safe and effective and designed for all levels.   Over 80 classes are offered each week in three specialty studios and in the Jr. Olympic Pool.

 In addition to having fun while getting fit, these classes offer the support and motivation needed to be consistent with your exercise habits.

All instructors are nationally certified in their area of expertise and ongoing training is in accordance with the American College of Sports Medicine and the American Council on Exercise.
