Beginner and Intermediate Masters Swim Total Body Conditioning
This total conditioning program will improve your swimming stroke, build strength, and increase your power and endurance. This workout will add a new element to your current fitness routine. Join Coach Anne Moore in this unique program designed to motivate and challenge you and to further develop your swimming abilities and improve overall fitness.
This 4 week training program requires the ability to swim 2 lengths without stopping.
June 5 to June 29 for 4 weeks Tuesday evenings at 6:00 pm Friday mornings at 6:30 am
