Member Parking at the Harper Student Wellness Center
Members of the Harper Student Wellness Center (HSWC) are reminded that the following parking areas are available for parking while they are utilizing the facility. Unfortunately, parking resources are limited at the Harper Student Wellness Center. While much of the time you should be able to find a parking space on site, we cannot guarantee that a space will always be available. Other parking options are available and are described below.
HSWC Parking Garage (entrance on Courtenay Drive) Open to all members and guests Monday - Friday 5:30 a.m. - 8:30 a.m. and after 3:30 p.m. Open all day on Saturday and Sunday. Parking cards are available for our non-MUSC members from Parking Management for the other times of the day (8:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.). A $10.00 refundable deposit is required. Forms are available at our membership desk.
HSWC Visitor Spaces (Courtenay Drive) Reserved for short-term parking (not to exceed 60 minutes), for business visitors from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Open to all members after 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday and all day on Saturday and Sunday.
M-lot and and M-Visitor lot (old Wachovia Bank) Monday through Friday after 3:30 p.m., members and guests may park at M-lot (gate) or M-Visitor lot, located on the corner of Courtenay Drive and Bee Street. This lot is available all day Saturday and Sunday.
Bee Street Parking Garage (entrance on Bee Street) Parking cards for this garage are available for our non-MUSC members to use Monday-Friday after 4:00 p.m. and all day on Saturday and Sunday. A $10.00 refundable deposit is required. Applications are available at our membership desk.
MUSC’s Courtenay Drive Garage Lot K (entrance on Charleston Center Drive) The garage is located at 21 Courtenay and is open all day and is available to anyone seeking parking for a daily fee. (Rates as posted)
Parking Enforcement For the safety and convenience of all members, parking on yellow lines, curbs, driveways, and grassy areas or in other ways creating parking spaces at the Harper Student Wellness Center is prohibited at all times. Enforcement is carried out in accordance with the MUSC Traffic and Parking Rules and Regulations. All parking citations are the responsibility of the owner of the vehicle which is cited, and all parking appeals must be made in person to the MUSC hearing officer. Hearing times and information on the appeals process or any other parking matter is available from the Office of Parking Management, 792-3665. The Office of Parking Management is located on the second floor of the garage on the corner of President and Bee Street.
