Parking

Parking is available to MUSC Wellness Center members at the following locations/times:

     • Wellness Center Garage
          o Monday through Friday
               • All members from 5:30 AM to 8:30 AM and 3:30 PM to 10:00 PM
               • Parking card-holding members from 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM
          o Saturday through Sunday
               • All members – all day
          o Restrictions
               • Parking underneath the Wellness Center is available to the following members:
                    • Affiliate members
                    • Community members (includes previous ‘clinical’ members)
                    • Dependents of affiliate, clinical, and community members
               • Parking underneath the Wellness Center is NOT available to the following members:
                    • MUSC employees
                    • MUSC residents
                    • MUSC students
                    • MUSC house staff
                    • Dependents of students, and house staff members
                    • Temporary members
               • Spouse/partner in same residence for one year or more of MUSC staff are permitted to park underneath the Wellness Center while using the facilities.
     • M Lot (open lot at the corner of Bee and Courtney Streets)
          o Monday through Friday
               • 5:30 AM to 8:00 AM
               • 3:30 PM to 10:00 PM
          o Saturday and Sunday
               • All day
     • Bee Street Garage (multi-level garage located at the corner of Bee and Courtney Streets)
          o Parking card required (See Membership Desk for application form)
          o Monday through Friday
               • 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM

Parking Management will issue cards to eligible community members for the MUSC Wellness Center parking garage (under the Wellness Center building) for a charge of $10. Members receive a letter of verification when enrolled. The member presents this letter to the Office of Parking Management at 91 President Street who issues the parking card.

Only eligible members with a parking card are permitted to park in the Wellness Center Garage when the security gates are down. Members are instructed not to double park, create a parking space where one is not marked, or park in a prohibited zone inside the garage. Additionally, members are not to park along any of the curbs around the driveway and are not to stop by the front steps for any reason. Members may only use the traffic circle located by the ground floor lobby for dropping off or picking up people. Failure to meet the parking guidelines can result in a $45 parking ticket. (Note: Appeals to parking tickets must be made to the Office of Parking Management. The Wellness Center does not have the authority to dismiss/resolve parking tickets.)
