The membership office is open during regular business hours to enroll new members, renew or cancel memberships, give tours and to address questions.
Membership dues may be paid monthly through payroll deduction (MUSC employees), bank draft or paid annually. The Wellness Center offers temporary memberships in addition to our “annual” memberships. Once your initial year is completed (annual memberships), your membership automatically extends on a month to month basis. Membership dues will continue to be deducted or drafted unless you cancel your membership. You may cancel after this one year period with a written 30 day notice.
Parking:
Parking is available to MUSC Wellness Center members at the following times and locations:

The Wellness Center will issue access cards to eligible members of the Wellness Center parking garage (under the Wellness Center) for an annual fee. The initial (2013) annual fee is $60.
Only eligible members with a parking card are permitted to park in the Wellness Center Garage when the gates are “down”. Members are instructed not to double park, not to “create” a space where one is not marked, or to park in a prohibited zone. Additionally, members are not to park along any of the curbs around the driveway and are not to stop by the front steps for any reason. Only the traffic circle may be used for dropping off or picking up. Failure to meet the parking guidelines may result in a $45 parking ticket. Any appeals of tickets must be made to the Office of Parking Management located at 91 President Street, 2nd floor. The Wellness Center does not have the authority to dismiss or resolve parking tickets.
Guest Passes
Guest passes are available only from the membership desk. The member guest fee is $15.00 and the MUSC student guest fee is $10.00 per day. Prospective members can put up to 1 guest pass toward a membership.
Pertinent Information
To be eligible for the dependent rate, you must be either a spouse of a full-time member or a dependent child between the ages of 18 and 21 years old, living within the family residence of a full-time member. Dependents 15 to 17 years of age can qualify for a youth membership.
A marriage certificate must be shown to join as a student spouse or resident spouse.
For your safety, personal conflicts in the center are prohibited and may result in the termination of membership. Personal conflict includes stalking, verbal harassment, damage of personal property, physical abuse and other actions deemed unruly by our staff. The nature and seriousness of the conflict will be determined by the Executive Director, MUSC Wellness Center.
