If eligible, this membership, which is subject to verification, will be paid by MUSC Student Activity Fees throughout the period of time that I am eligible. I understand that I will be liable – at our regular community rates - for any period of time that the Student Activity Fee does not or has not covered my membership. A spouse membership requires a copy of a marriage certificate and is not valid (at the reduced rate) beyond the last day that the Student Activity Fee is covering the primary membership (membership beyond that day will be due at our regular community member rates).
WAIVER OF LIABILITY. Member and/or Member’s guest using the facilities and equipment does so at his/her own risk. Management shall not be liable for any damages arising from personal injuries or damages sustained by Member or guest in, on or about the premises of Center. Member assumes full responsibility for any injuries or damages and does hereby and forever release and discharge the Center, owners, employees, and agents from any and all claims, demands, damages, right or causes of action, present or future, whether the same be known or unknown, anticipated or unanticipated, resulting from or arising out of Member’s and/or Member’s guest’s use, or intended use of the facilities and equipment thereof.
