Aqua Fitness Fusion Morning Session
A.F.F is designed to strengthen, stretch, and improve movement quality and overall conditioning! The A.F.F training system is comprised of both pool and deck segments in each workout. We have taken some of the best elements of Martial arts, yoga, body weight training and traditional water & land base training to come up with a truly unique and effective training system! You will need a yoga mat, towel, water bottle and a willingness to work beyond initial stumbles and difficulties. Fitness training, like the world around us, is constantly changing, evolving and integrating the new with the tested & proven with the goal of improving quality of life! A.F.F is the new frontier in fitness training!
