BARRE ESSENTIALS is a program that combines elements of classical ballet with Pilates, Yoga, resistance training and active isolated stretching. The workout emphasizes precise and intense movements to define and condition the muscles while promoting lumbar and pelvic stability, joint flexibility, stronger and leaner muscles with proper posture and form. As the six week program progresses, participants begin to work at a more rigorous pace, increasing stamina while burning more body fat and creating a sculpted and firm physique!
It is recommended that participants also take the regular ballet class on Mondays at 6 pm.
