|This 6 week program includes 18 workouts at varied locations that focus on improved fitness and muscle definition. Anyone wishing to decrease their body fat and improve appearance should join this intense 6 week program. This program is taught by active duty marines but is not a boot camp format with drill instructors. The Marines will work with the participants and share their expertise in developing fit bodies with added strength and definition.|
