Beach Ready Boot Camp
This 3 week program includes 9 workouts at varied locations that focus on improved fitness and muscle definition. Anyone wishing to decrease their body fat and improve appearance should join this intense 3 week program. This program is taught by active duty marines but is not a boot camp format with drill instructors. The Marines will work with the participants and share their expertise in developing fit bodies with added strength and definition.

April 21 – May 10 (3 weeks) Monday 6:00 pm, Wednesday 6:00 pm, and Saturday 8:00 am
Members $35.00 ($25.00 for past Boot Campers)
